Our shop is a small container house
in a small town.

It's been there for over 20 years

It's a container house next to the bus stop

We've renovated it a little,
and even though it's new,
it feels like it's been there for a long time

It's a small shop
that blends into everyday life

The reason we have "Kitchen" in the name
is because we aimed to create a warm place
like a kitchen where all kinds of people
from the town gather

Because it's a kitchen,
the coffee and sweets are ordinary
and ordinary

Easy to drink and Easy to eat

No impressive coffee

No flashy sweets

Counter and small refrigerator

The store is packed with coffee
and miscellaneous goods

The space is just like a town kitchen

There are no barriers of age or gender

Small benches are shared

Customers chat with each other
before they know it

Before they know each other

An ordinary place that is
an extension of the usual

First time drinking at a coffee shop

Coffee that was a little bitter
and had a slightly fruity aroma

Warm and simple sweets
like those in grandma's kitchen

That kind of "ordinary" is a little "special"

I always want to drink it

I still want to eat it

It's plain, but I think there is true richness
in the ordinary

わたしたちのお店は
小さな町にある小さなコンテナハウス

20年以上も前からある
バス停の隣のコンテナハウスを
少しだけ改装して
新しく出来たのに昔からあるような
そんな日常に溶け込む小さなお店

屋号に「キッチン」が付いているのは
町のいろんな人が集う
台所のようにあたたかい場所を
目指したから

キッチンだからこそ
コーヒーもお菓子も普通で平凡

飲みやすくて 食べやすい
インパクト溢れるコーヒーはないし
キラキラした派手なお菓子もない

カウンターと小さな冷蔵庫
所狭しとコーヒーや雑貨が並ぶ店内は
まさに町のキッチンのような空間

そこには年齢や性別の壁もなく
小さなベンチは相席で
お客さん同士がいつの間にか立ち話をしたり
いつしか顔馴染みになっていたり

・・・・

特別ではなく
いつもの延長線にある平凡な場所

初めて喫茶店で飲んでみた
ちょっと苦くて少し果実の香りが楽しめた
しっかりと余韻の長いコーヒー

おばあちゃんちの台所にあるような
ほんわかとあたたかい素朴なお菓子

そんな「普通」がちょっと「特別」

いつも飲みたい
やっぱり食べたい
地味だけど平凡な中にも
本当の豊かさがあると思っています

フラットな目的地であれ
